By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the 9kbd platform at 9kbd.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who do not register an account.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. 9kbd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with the English-language text as published on 9kbd.app/terms-conditions. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.

By accepting these terms, you also confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions and form part of the overall agreement between you and 9kbd.

Access to and use of 9kbd is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 9kbd does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, play, or receive winnings on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using 9kbd is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register, have not previously been permanently banned from 9kbd, and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from gambling online.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

9kbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any point. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Accounts that fail to pass verification may have withdrawals suspended until the verification process is completed to 9kbd's satisfaction.

If 9kbd discovers that a player has misrepresented their age or has accessed the platform while under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming procedures. 9kbd takes underage gambling extremely seriously and operates a zero-tolerance policy in this regard.

To access the full range of 9kbd's services — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on 9kbd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information current throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 9kbd immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate security measures can be applied.

3.3 One Account Per Household

Only one 9kbd account is permitted per household address and per device. If 9kbd determines that multiple accounts are being operated from the same household, IP address, or device, the accounts may be merged, suspended, or closed at 9kbd's discretion, and any bonuses obtained through multiple accounts may be voided.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

9kbd may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, or at any time deemed necessary for compliance purposes. KYC documents may include a copy of your national identity card, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities.

9kbd supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupee (INR). The following payment methods are accepted on the platform:

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by 9kbd, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 9kbd account balance within two minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 9kbd is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider network issues or scheduled maintenance windows.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned to the source and the depositing account may be subject to review. 9kbd does not accept anonymous or cryptocurrency deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three hours during operational hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are generally the fastest, while bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

9kbd reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. 9kbd does not facilitate withdrawals to payment methods that have not been used for a prior deposit on the same account, unless the original method is no longer available.

4.3 Currency Conversion

Where a currency conversion is required between BDT and INR, 9kbd will apply an exchange rate based on prevailing market rates at the time of the transaction, plus a conversion fee not exceeding 2%. The exact rate applicable will be displayed to you before you confirm any cross-currency transaction.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 9kbd reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of up to ৳200 BDT to dormant accounts after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. The account will not be charged beyond its remaining balance.

From time to time, 9kbd offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, deposit match offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at 9kbd is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 BDT bonus would require ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows:

• Video slots and crash games: 100% contribution
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports betting wagers with odds of 1.50 or greater: 100% contribution
• Sports betting wagers with odds below 1.50: 0% contribution
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution

5.3 Bonus Validity & Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds and associated free spin winnings must be wagered within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after the expiry period will be forfeited automatically without further notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

9kbd actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, exploiting errors in promotional terms, or colluding with other players to harvest bonus value. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to account suspension.

5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions

9kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not adversely affect bonuses already credited and in active use by a player. Changes to promotions will be published on the 9kbd website and communicated to affected players by email where practicable.

All games available on 9kbd — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and the sportsbook — are operated under the rules and technical specifications of the respective game providers. 9kbd acts as the platform distributor and accepts the results delivered by the certified game engines as final and binding.

6.1 Sportsbook Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 9kbd — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — are subject to 9kbd's sportsbook rules as published on the relevant betting page. Key principles include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. 9kbd does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain constant and reserves the right to suspend markets at any time.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, cancelled, or rescheduled beyond 24 hours of the original start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless 9kbd's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. 9kbd may suspend in-play betting at any time without notice, particularly during moments of heightened uncertainty (e.g., following a wicket in cricket or a goal in football).
• The maximum payout on any single bet or accumulator is ৳500,000 BDT unless a higher limit has been specifically agreed in writing with 9kbd's sportsbook team for VIP accounts.

6.2 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game (slots, live dealer, game shows, crash games) is governed by the rules displayed within the individual game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. 9kbd does not accept responsibility for financial losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics.

6.3 Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or error that interrupts a game round before it is completed, 9kbd will take all reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state from server logs and settle the round correctly. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the wager for that round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 9kbd's decision in respect of technical fault resolutions is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9kbd and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, including stolen card details, hijacked mobile wallets, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Engaging in money laundering or using 9kbd for any purpose connected to the proceeds of crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted by 9kbd.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker, or in relation to bonus exploitation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discovered error are not considered valid and will be reversed.
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the platform's source code, servers, or databases.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9kbd staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person without 9kbd's prior written consent.

9kbd uses industry-standard fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behaviour analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, 9kbd reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation, without advance notice to the account holder. The outcome of any investigation will be communicated to the affected player by email within a reasonable timeframe.

9kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A request by the player themselves, including a self-exclusion request submitted through 9kbd's responsible gaming tools.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate the closure of an account.
• Non-payment of amounts owed by the player to 9kbd.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your 9kbd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from 9kbd for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period. During self-exclusion, 9kbd will take all reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform, opening a new account, or receiving promotional communications. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kbd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the 9kbd platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical faults, scheduled maintenance, network outages, or third-party payment provider issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information or content published on the 9kbd platform.

9kbd provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are subject to statutory restrictions, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability for fraud.

Gambling involves financial risk. Wagers may result in the total loss of staked funds. 9kbd does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any wager placed through the platform. The entertainment value of gambling is in the experience, not in the expectation of profit.

9kbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9kbd will provide notice by publishing the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date, and by sending an email notification to registered players where practicable. Your continued use of the 9kbd platform after the publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept any amended terms, your sole remedy is to cease using 9kbd and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.1 of these Terms and Conditions.

10.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 9kbd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
